Can I contact you without a subscription?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from travellers who are not yet subscribers. If your question is brief and factual — such as confirming current opening hours at a specific site — we will answer it directly at no charge. More detailed questions about itinerary planning, access conditions at less-documented sites, or operator evaluations are addressed in the full subscriber response service.
What is the Essential plan free trial?
The Essential plan at EGP 290 per month includes a 14-day free access period. To activate it, select "Research Plan — Essential" in the enquiry type above and include your travel dates if known. Our accounts contact will send access instructions within one working day.
How do I report an error in your published content?
Use the "Other" category in the form above and describe the discrepancy you found, including the page URL and the information you believe is incorrect. We review all correction submissions and issue a formal correction with a revision date if your finding is confirmed. We have issued corrections on twelve occasions since 2018 — we take these reports seriously.
